About the role
Adava Care Neenah is looking for a reliable and compassionate Assisted Living Cook to join our team full-time! In this essential role, you’ll be responsible for preparing and serving meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality dining experiences.
The Cook position is a full time position, 32 hour per week, Monday through Friday.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
What you'll do
Cook Responsibilities:
Prepare, serve, and store meals following the daily menu and dietary requirements
Keep kitchen, pantry, and dining areas clean and organized
Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Use kitchen equipment properly and track food service records
Support a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents and staff
What we need from you
Cook Requirements:
Experience in food service or cooking (senior care or assisted living experience preferred)
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
Ability to follow instructions, multitask, and work efficiently
Dependable and team-oriented with attention to detail
