About the role
Job Title: Housekeeper (CBRF-Certified)
Status: Part-Time (24 hours/week) Monday - Friday (1st shift)
Location: Adava Care Neenah - Neenah, WI
Job Summary
Adava Care is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part Time Housekeeper to join our Neenah team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across various facilities, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for residents . Prior experience in Assisted Living and janitorial services preferred. CBRF Certification is preferred. This role supports resident health and safety and may also pick up caregiving shifts as needed, consistent with certification and training.
What you'll do
- Perform housekeeping, janitorial, and laundry tasks in resident apartments and common areas
- Maintain cleaning schedules and general building cleanliness
- Monitor and report supply, chemical, and equipment needs
- Use maintenance and incident logs as required
- Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures
- Observe and report resident or facility concerns
- Pick up caregiving shifts as needed, per certification and staffing needs
What we need from you
- CBRF Certification (preferred)
- Experience in a licensed care setting preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, supplies, and infection control practices
