About the role

Work as a Caregiver (also called CNA, Nursing Assistant, Personal Care Aide, or Home Health Aide) at one of our Wisconsin assisted living houses. You'll provide hands-on personal care and daily support to residents.

Small 20-bed houses. Small teams. You'll know every resident by name.

Schedules go up 2 weeks ahead. Every schedule includes every other weekend.

What you'll do

  • Help residents with daily care — bathing, dressing, eating, moving around
  • Administer medications on time, exactly as each resident's care plan says
  • Follow each resident's care plan
  • Write down what happens so the next shift knows
  • Talk clearly with your team, residents, and families
  • Keep the house clean and safe

What we need from you

  • You'll pass a caregiver background check
  • You show up on time
  • You treat residents with dignity
  • Caregiving experience is a plus, not a must — we welcome career changers from retail, food service, and other fields
  • Don't have a CBRF certification? We can help you get one
  • CNA, Med Aide, HHA, PCA, or Direct Care Worker experience all counts

Benefits

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) — we match up to 6%
  • Annual raises of $0.50–$0.75 per hour based on showing up and doing good work
  • Paid time off
  • Paid orientation
