About the role
Work as a Caregiver (also called CNA, Nursing Assistant, Personal Care Aide, or Home Health Aide) at one of our Wisconsin assisted living houses. You'll provide hands-on personal care and daily support to residents.
Small 20-bed houses. Small teams. You'll know every resident by name.
Schedules go up 2 weeks ahead. Every schedule includes every other weekend.
What you'll do
- Help residents with daily care — bathing, dressing, eating, moving around
- Administer medications on time, exactly as each resident's care plan says
- Follow each resident's care plan
- Write down what happens so the next shift knows
- Talk clearly with your team, residents, and families
- Keep the house clean and safe
What we need from you
- You'll pass a caregiver background check
- You show up on time
- You treat residents with dignity
- Caregiving experience is a plus, not a must — we welcome career changers from retail, food service, and other fields
- Don't have a CBRF certification? We can help you get one
- CNA, Med Aide, HHA, PCA, or Direct Care Worker experience all counts

About the role
Work as a Resident Care Coordinator in the Memory Care unit at one of our Wisconsin houses. You'll give meds, help residents with daily care and assist the location Administrator with office tasks. This is a 1st Shift Full Time (40 hours per week/every other weekend) position.
We run small. 20 beds per house. You'll know every resident by name.
Annual raises of $0.50–$0.75 per hour based on showing up and doing good work. Once you hit the pay cap, you get an annual cost-of-living bonus.
Schedules go up 2 weeks ahead. Every schedule includes every other weekend.
