About the role
Work as a Resident Care Coordinator in the Memory Care unit at one of our Wisconsin houses. You'll give meds, help residents with daily care and assist the location Administrator with office tasks. This is a 1st Shift Full Time (40 hours per week/every other weekend) position.
We run small. 20 beds per house. You'll know every resident by name.
Annual raises of $0.50–$0.75 per hour based on showing up and doing good work. Once you hit the pay cap, you get an annual cost-of-living bonus.
Schedules go up 2 weeks ahead. Every schedule includes every other weekend.
What you'll do
- Give meds on time, exactly as each resident's care plan says
- Help with daily care — bathing, dressing, eating, moving around
- Write down what happens so the next shift knows
- Talk clearly with your team, residents, and families
- Keep the house clean and safe
What we need from you
- CBRF certification (required)
- 3 years medication passing experience
- 3 years of experience in a Lead role
- You'll pass a caregiver background check
- You show up on time
- You treat residents with dignity
